Annual international peace seminar and jashan-e-Eid miladun Nabi (PBUH)
Zikar & Naat Congregation and peace seminar was held at Astana Shareef on the occasion of Jashan-e-Eid Milad un Nabi and Christmas just like every year, the leader of the spiritual revolution Sufi Masood Ahmad Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar (Chairman of interreligious peace alliance Pakistan, Head of the Tanzeem Mashaikh Uzzam Pakistan, Chairman of Lasani Welfare Foundation) presided this event, Bishop Joan Samuel (Bishop of Faisalabad) was the chief guest. Congregation started with the recitation of Holy Quran which was recited by Haji Mansha Naqashbandi, and then Sahibzada Shabbir Ahmad Sarkar presented Naat Shareef (praise of Holy Prophet PBUH), Sahibzada Shabbir Ahmad Sarkar also presented Manqabat (praise of Jesus PBUH) just like every year on this Peace seminar which is very popular among the Christian community, after that the guests also expressed their views and towards the end of the congregation His holiness Sufi Masood Ahmad Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar prayed for the progress of the country and the nation.

First of all I am thankful to the God Almighty who blessed us with this excellent event where we all gathered for the celebrations of Eid Milad un Nabi and Charismas, I also congratulate all of you, may God give usmore happiness and blessings, I believe all the Prophets have been sent by the God Almighty,they have indeed come to bless us andto reveal the God, From the day one human has the desire to see the God Almighty. Human being want to see the God face to face but how is it possible, I wish to say on this occasion of Eid Milad un Nabi that all the Prophets,messengers and the saints of Allah Almightyhave come to this world to reveal the God Almighty, it has been one of their big objectivesand a big challenge for them, God Almighty appointed his servants to show the right path and way of peace and show the people the way to himself. But I am sorry to say that some groups have misled the people and put them on the wrong path leading towards war and violence but despite all that His holiness Sufi Masood Ahmad Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar has always talked about peace, love and reconciliation. We have come to know that His holiness has arranged so many seminars, conventions and events for the establishment of peace since 1998. I believe it is also an honor for the Christian community to be invited here today on this holy occasion, therefore, I am very much thankful to His holiness Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar and all of you. It is very courageous to mention the name of Jesus (PBUH) on this occasion in the current circumstances. We always receiveexceptional protocol at Astana Alia Lasani Sarkar, I am also very thankful to the sonof His holiness Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar (Sahibzada Shabbir Ahmad Sarkar) who sang a beautiful song to the glory of the Jesus (PBUH), may Allah Almighty bless him as he indeed encouraged us more. It is a great virtue of His holiness Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar that he always talks about peace, love and welfare he always accepts people from other religions and yet again he demonstrated it today and for that I am very grateful to the God Almighty. Evil has spread everywhere around us and it is a big challenge for us, now all the Sufi saints, scholars and His holiness Lasani Sarkar are dedicated to deal with this issue. Terrorism is spreading around us like fire and we must fight this fire to save our country and the nation. May God bless us all! Ameen

Today I got the chance to celebrate Eid Milad un Nabi in Chiniot city but I felt more like home here in this Congregation of Lasani Sarkar. I felt as if I were a guest over there and here I feel as if I am hosting. I told them if you want to learn about Tanzeem Mashaikh Uzzam then come to our Astana Alia Lasani Sarkar, so they asked do you call your church Astana (Sufi convent) now?Then I said to them no!it is the Astana (Sufi sacred place) of His holiness Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar, Astana Alia Lasania also belongs to us as much as it belongs to His holiness.We are one family here and it is our main priority to celebrate Eid Milad un Nabi and Christmas together. Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar started this magnificent tradition of love to celebrate one another’s religious festivals together, happy Eid Milad un Nabi from the Christians to all Muslim brothers and sisters. Long live His holiness Lasani Sarkar.

My dear fellows it was my longstanding desire to come to His holiness Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar’s congregation. I am very thankful to this holy day of Eid Milad unNabi which fulfilled my desire. May Allah Almightygive us the strength to celebrate thousands of Eid Milad un Nabi during our lives. I belong to the interreligious council and human rights,whose aim is to serve the suffering humanity. Whether it is Christians or Muslims, Sikhs or Hindus, Sunnies or Shias, we are all brothers as humanbeing, Allah and Prophet (PBUH) teach us the humanity in Quran and Hadees,we can get rid of all our sufferings and problems to follow these teachings
